Credit Restoration FAQs

Answers to the most common questions we get from clients.

Credit restoration is the process of challenging inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete negative items on your credit reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other consumer protection laws. We systematically dispute items across Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. When a credit bureau can't verify an item within 30-45 days, they must remove it by law.
Most clients see their first removals within 45-60 days after the initial dispute waves are processed. Significant score improvements (50-100+ points) typically occur within 3-6 months. Timeline varies based on the number and complexity of negative items, bureau response times, and your specific credit profile.
Absolutely. Credit restoration is a federally protected right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We operate fully in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and all state regulations. We are licensed and bonded. What we don't do: promise specific score increases, advise you to create a new credit identity, or dispute accurate information.
We can dispute any negative item that is: inaccurate (wrong amount, date, or account status), unverifiable (the bureau can't confirm it belongs to you or is valid), obsolete (past the 7-year reporting limit for most items, or 10 years for Chapter 7 bankruptcy), or mixed files (someone else's negative items on your report). Common items include late payments, charge-offs, collections, bankruptcies, foreclosures, repos, judgments, tax liens, and hard inquiries.
We offer three tiers: Starter ($247/mo) — 5 disputes per wave, 3-bureau monitoring, 8-wave engine; Accelerator ($347/mo) — unlimited disputes, tradelines, CFPB escalation, weekly calls; Elite ($547/mo) — everything plus LLC setup, business credit, 0% stacking, AI outbound. No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with no penalties. We also offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee — if you're not seeing progress, we'll refund your first month.
DIY disputes have a ~20% success rate because most people don't know the right laws, timing, or escalation paths. We use a multi-wave system with strategic sequencing, escalation to CFPB/AG when bueaus stall, law-based arguments (FCRA §611, §623, FDCPA §809, etc.), and AI-assisted case management. Our clients average 3x more removals than DIY efforts.
