By accessing or using the services provided by Untapped Financial Solutions ("Untapped FS," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Untapped Financial Solutions is a DBA of Walcott Marketing & Investments LLC.
Untapped FS provides credit restoration services including but not limited to: credit report analysis, dispute filing with credit bureaus under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), strategic credit rebuilding, business credit setup, and capital access guidance. We do not guarantee specific credit score increases or credit approval.
As a client, you agree to:
Services are billed monthly in advance. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation. Outstanding balances remain due.
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not seeing meaningful progress within 90 days of enrollment, we will refund your first month's payment. This guarantee applies to new clients only and is limited to one refund per client.
While we use proven legal strategies and work diligently on your behalf, we cannot and do not guarantee specific credit score improvements, removal of specific items, or approval for credit or loans. Credit restoration outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, bureau responses, and the accuracy of information on your reports.
Untapped FS operates in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not make false or misleading claims about our services. We do not advise clients to misrepresent their identity or credit information. Full CROA disclosure is available on our CROA Disclosure page.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
Untapped FS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
