3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. You authorize us to act on your behalf in disputing items on your credit report with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies. You agree to respond promptly to requests for information.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees are as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed through our secure payment processor. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our cancellation policy. Clients may cancel within three (3) business days of signing for a full refund.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific results. Credit restoration outcomes vary based on individual circumstances. Testimonials and examples do not represent a promise or guarantee of similar results. Negative items that are accurate and verifiable may not be removable under federal law.

6. Cancellation Policy

7. Limitation of Liability
